Casey offers comprehensive supervision for both experienced and emerging counsellors looking to improve their private practice. She uses a process-oriented, competency-based approach that enables Supervisees to enhance their skills while effectively managing transference and counter-transference dynamics. Supervision comprises so much more, however through the incorporation of reflection, self-appraisal, and interpersonal processing techniques, we cultivate personal and professional growth in a supportive environment. Supervision is conducted in several different formats including: individual, dyadic, triadic, and groups, that provide the opportunity to engage in both collective learning, and or within a 1:1 setting.
